Nelly joined the Israeli high tech industry at its early days and worked for 16 years as a senior executive of Rad-Bynet, one of Israel's leading high tech groups. Nelly left the Group in 2000 and founded Sneh Consulting as a boutique consulting firm focusing on high-tech related transactional-based projects.

Nelly served as the Chairperson of two multi billion Israeli government infrastructure companies that have significant environmental impacts: Israeli Natural Gas Lines Ltd. ("INGL") and Cross Israel Highways Ltd. Both companies are responsible for creating country-wide national infrastructure that has not existed previously.  INGL acts under the Ministry of Energy and is responsible for designing, installing and maintaining (on shore and off shore) the Israeli national high pressure natural gas transmission system and for connecting large consumers thereto. Cross Israel Highways belongs to the Ministry of Transportation and Road Safety of Israel, and is the execution arm of the Ministry for BOT (Build Operate Transfer) transportation projects and is the government's regulatory arm for the toll roads in Israel.

Nelly has also served as a board member of several public and private companies in various industries. She was elected by Forbes Israel as the most senior woman in energy in Israel for 2007 and among the most influential women in industry for 2010.
